We are proud to announce our partnership with Huddersfield Community First (HDCF) to support vulnerable and homeless individuals across Huddersfield. A new food bank has now opened, and we are delighted to have contributed to this meaningful cause.

HDCF is a dedicated charity whose mission is to serve, empower, and uplift the community. We are honoured to stand alongside them in making a positive impact.

How to access food support

Follow these simple steps to request a food or essential items parcel:

1. Visit the Food Hub: Click the link below to view our list of available items.

2. Select what you need: Choose the items you and your household will use over the next 7 days. Please only select what you genuinely need.

3. Go to checkout: Once you’ve filled your basket, proceed to the checkout.

4. Enter your details: You’ll be asked to provide personal information. This is required for us to process your request and is handled securely in line with GDPR. We know this can be a difficult time but we are here to help. Providing us with the information we need makes the process quicker.

5. We’ll prepare and deliver your parcel: Our volunteers will pack your parcel and deliver it to your door within 72 hours.

6. Missing information? We’ll contact you: If any information is missing, a team member will get in touch. We can’t send out parcels without all the required details.
