  • Promote ethical recruitment and fair treatment of workers

We expect the same high standards from all contractors, suppliers, and partners working with or on behalf of Alfalah.

Risk Assessment and Due Diligence

We recognise that the risk of modern slavery can exist in many sectors. We take reasonable steps to identify, assess, and manage potential risks by:

  • Working with reputable suppliers and partners

  • Conducting checks where appropriate

  • Monitoring working practices and conditions

Training and Awareness

We promote awareness of modern slavery and human trafficking among our staff and management. This includes ensuring employees understand how to identify potential risks and report concerns safely and confidentially.

Reporting Concerns

Any concerns relating to modern slavery or human trafficking connected to our organisation or supply chains are taken seriously. Concerns can be reported internally and will be investigated appropriately, without fear of retaliation.

Ongoing Commitment

This statement reflects our ongoing commitment to continuously review and improve our practices to combat modern slavery and human trafficking.
